Significance has often been defined by the actions you take but, in truth, it starts with who you are. Who you are is unique. Who you are is valuable. Who you are is worthy of note. In the sea of over seven billion global citizens, your voice matters and your unique contribution to the world has an impact. Join us as we kick off EO 24/7 with day one of exploring our own individual innate value and the profound impact that come from starting with yourself first.
In order to stand out, you must dare to be different. Willing to stand apart from the crowd. Willing to ask the questions that others have left unasked and most of all, willing to boldly go in new directions. Day two highlights the pioneering and curious spirit needed to leave the pack and forge a new trail.
If you want to make the world a better place, start by making one person’s world better. If you want to change the world, invest in people. The journey to significance is often mistakenly viewed as a solitary journey and yet, those with lasting impact are more often than not those who bring others along with them. Day three will explore the importance of strong relationships, building community and the vital role that human-to-human connection plays in true significance.
Significance requires foresight and sacrifice. It takes saying “no” to the good to make room for the great. It takes calculated risks and daring persistence. Above all, it demands a radical commitment to flexibility and resilience. How can we learn from the experience of those who have gone before us in order to navigate the challenges of our rapidly evolving future? On day four, we will dive into the strategic foresight needed to plot a path forward and share the stories of those who have gone before.
While significance may start with you, it will always end with others. It is said that success is what you accomplish for yourself, but significance is what you accomplish on behalf of others. Will you leave this world better than when you found it? How are the decisions you make today impacting the generations to come? Day five culminates a week of learning with the single thought, “How do you define the impact YOU want to make in the world?”

While change has always been on the forefront of management thinking, the accelerating rate of change witnessed in the past two decades has put increasing pressure on leaders and organizations to re-think the way they approach strategic thinking, planning and organizational design. Unless we understand the nature of change, we cannot adjust the way we lead, manage and succeed.
Entrepreneurs have traditionally been seen as agile decision-makers, but they have also been seen as weaker in operational discipline and execution. Growing and scaling the business are significant challenges for any entrepreneur and will depend on their ability to build solid management practices into their business. Without great management, great ideas run the risk of becoming struggling businesses.
In this session, Nadim will first highlight how the world is changing and the impact it is having on business success, before deep diving into three fundamental skill-sets needed to win in this new world.
